Morocco Regional Leader In Renewable Energy — U.S. Official
Morocco is a regional leader in the field of renewable energy as evidenced by the plan set up through the commitment of King Mohammed VI which makes it « extremely appealing to U.S. investors, » says Leocadia I. Zak, director of United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA).
« U.S. investors are encouraged by the plan and the interest and commitment of the sovereign, » Zak said Monday on the sidelines of the visit of a Moroccan delegation representing the solar energy sector to California.
